Failures are nearly inevitable with traditional sewer pipe materials. We usually expect pipes to last about 60 years.
Traditional repairs to sewer lines are just as disruptive as the pipe failure itself
When a home or business finds itself with an unusable sewer system, the traditional response is: excavate the sewer line --- locate the interruption --- splice on a new pipe or replace the whole line --- back fill the trench --- restore the surface the way it was
Having a strip of your lawn torn up and replanted is annoying. What’s worse is the delay and expense of having to penetrate through concrete or asphalt, and then replace it. Pile on the fact that lots of businesses will be less productive and less accessible to their customers throughout the process if their parking lot is being dismantled.
Meanwhile, your sewer is out of service --- a huge problem in its own right.
Trenchless solutions simplify sewer line repairs
The existing pipe and pilot hole provide everything needed for trenchless repairs. Excavation isn’t necessary. The problem can be done by accessing the pipe, or its pilot hole --- even for pipes with a large piece missing, all that’s really needed is the original tunnel the pipe sits in.
Large lengths of pipe can be replaced. The break can located and assessed by feeding a camera down the line through a clean out fitting. If there’s no clean out available, we’ll make one, using Perma-Liner’s Vac-A-Tee.
A perfectly round pipe can be manufactured inside the pipe or tunnel, with an impermeable PVC lining, bonding to a resin that hardens into the desired shape.
Pipes can be back in service in less than day, including cure time --- without excavating your yard or parking lot. We like trenchless pipe repair because its swift and simple. We’re set up to do the job right, and we know we can deliver a cost effective, highly functional solution.
Perma-Liner Industries provides quality assurance and versatile solutions
We want to work with the best materials and equipment in the field. Perma-Liner is a leading manufacturer and supplier in trenchless pipe repairs, providing tools that are supported by all sewer and drainage jurisdictions across the United States.
An inflatable bladder is fed into the pipe to ensure the roundness and diameter of the lining and resin. The resin itself migrates to fill every void in the tunnel, bonding to both the PVC lining and the existing pipe to form one cohesive and extremely durable unit.
The pipe linings can be formed with pin point accuracy, and a final camera inspection of the interior is easily done once the project is complete.

When there’s no access, we’ll make one
Trenchless pipeline fixes access and address the problem by using the existing pipeline, which means minimal digging. All we need is a clean out fitting. If there’s no clean out fitting available, we can make one using Perma-Liner’s Vac-A-Tee, which only requires a small hole at one point along the pipe line.
The products have been developed to work in different climates
We have different resin mixes at our disposal from Perma-Liner designed to get the job done to work in different temperatures.
Plumbing code compliant
Certified with ICC ES PMG/ NSF Standard 14 / IATMO
Perma-Liner products meet modern plumbing codes that assure function and reliability. The pipes we repair are literally as good as a new PVC pipe, renewing the life of your drain pipes by at least 50 years.
What to expect from Trenchless Pipe Repairs
---An average of 3 hours for repairs + cure time = less than one day total
---A process that is much less disruptive to your yard, parking lot, etc
---A good as new pipe
Note: One limitation that we face with Trenchless repairs is a collapsed pilot hole. The process requires that we have an existing tunnel to form the new pipe lining in.
Trenchless pipe repairs minimize the hassle that comes with traditional methods of sewer line failures, like tearing up your landscaping or parking lot. They’re swift and effective, and Perma-Liner Solutions provides us with the tools necessary to resolve almost every pipe problem.
