A repaired pipe will be lined with a PVC lining that lasts as long as any brand new pipe.
A repaired pipe will be lined with a PVC lining that lasts as long as any brand new pipe. For trenchless pipe lining, we use Permaliner Industries equipment and materials.
A pipe camera is fed down the tube to locate and diagnose the damage. Then, we can cut the new pipelining to length and get the resin ready.
Permaliner’s resin goes from a two part mixture to a hardened, fully functional PVC pipe in a matter of hours. The resin is applied to a fabric tube. The fabric tube is inserted into the damaged pipe via compressed air. The lining inverts into the pipe, and a Permaliner calibration tube is inflated inside the liner. This holds it all in place while the resin cures.
Once the pipe lining is cured, post-inspection is done via pipe camera. The Permaliner process is designed to provide quality assurance throughout every step of a trenchless pipe repair.
