The typical lifespan of sewer line materials used in the last century or so is about 30-50 years. That means that if the pipes in your yard haven’t been repaired or replaced in the last 20 years or so, they could be due for failure.
The typical lifespan of sewer line materials used in the last century or so is about 30-50 years. That means that if the pipes in your yard haven’t been repaired or replaced in the last 20 years or so, they could be due for failure.

When that happens, you’ll find yourself with several problems on your hands. The most urgent one, of course, is that you have no usable bathroom until the repair is complete. Luckily, the modern repair process slashes the time it takes to get your pipes fixed and fully functional.

Trenchless repairs

Trenchless pipelining can get your pipes working again the same day. In most cases, it takes only a few hours. Rather than digging up your yard and/or driveway, you can have a brand new, fully functional PVC liner inserted into your existing pipe. Long sections can be replaced at any point along your sewer line. Trenchless pipe repair is the quickest and most cost effective solution for sewer line failures, and the whole thing is accomplished without destroying your yard and leaving you with a muddy strip through your lawn.

A camera can be inserted through a clean out fitting or other access point to locate and diagnose the problem. Then, through the same access point, a liner can inverted into the pipe and hardened in place. The resin only takes minutes to dry, leaving your pipes good as new mere hours after the project begins.

Keep trenchless in mind for your next sewer line failure
